Terms of Service

By signing up for or using ChatPilot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

You must be at least 13 (or 16 in the EU) and authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of any Instagram account you connect.

The Service uses Meta's Graph API. By using ChatPilot you also agree to comply with Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines. Specifically:

• Don't use the Service to send spam, scraped contact lists, harassment, or unsolicited messages outside the 24-hour messaging window.
• Don't buy, sell, or trade Instagram engagement (likes, followers, comments).
• Don't use the Service to circumvent rate limits or to run automation that violates Meta's Automated Behavior policy.

Violations may result in your account being suspended on the Service AND your Instagram account being restricted by Meta — we don't control the latter.

You sign in with Telegram and are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the flows, message templates, broadcast copy, and any data you input. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

• No illegal content, hate speech, or harassment in your flows' outbound messages.
• No attempts to reverse-engineer, abuse rate limits, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• No use as a tool for targeted harassment of specific individuals.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, immediately and without notice in egregious cases.

The Service is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty. We don't guarantee that webhooks will always deliver (Meta's reliability is outside our control), that DMs will always send, or that the Service will be free of bugs or interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing javokhirsherbaev@gmail.com. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in-app at least 7 days before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
